PRIVACY
What we store, and why.
Short version: only what you type into the form, and only to tell you when the plans open.
When you register interest
If you submit the form on the Pricing page, we store:
- your email address
- the trade you chose
- the option you chose
- your message, if you wrote one
- the date and time you submitted it
We use this to email you when the plans open, and to understand which trades and options people want. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to any other list.
What we keep for spam protection
To stop bots, we keep a counter for each visitor per day. It is built from a one-way scrambled version of your internet address and the date. We do not store your address in readable form, and the counter is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
What we do not do
- No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no social media pixels on this site.
- No accounts, passwords or payments on this site.
- No file uploads. Please do not put client details, bank details or passwords in the message box.
Where it is kept
The site and its form storage run on Cloudflare, which may process data outside Australia. The site itself loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
Removing your details
To have your details removed or to ask what we hold, send a message through the Pricing page form asking for removal and give the email address you registered with. We will remove it.
Our Instagram page, @aussieaifortrades, is run by Instagram (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
